Submitting a Government Claim
- Use a separate claim form for each shipment (Sea, Air or Vehicle).
- Attach the following to your claim form:
FOR YOUR VEHICLE (AUTO & MOTORCYCLE) CLAIM:FOR YOUR SEA (HHG) and/or AIR CLAIMS:
- Two (2) Estimates of repair – repair estimate must state the damages the vehicle sustained and what type of repair or replacement will be done.
- Photographs of the vehicle showing areas of damage.
- DOCUMENTS showing damaged/loss items were notified to the carrier during the time of delivery.
- Copies of original purchase receipts (if available).
- Estimates of repair if claiming over $100.00 each item. Let us know if you need assistance.
- Replacement estimates to damaged & missing items if over $100.00 each item.
- Photographs of the damaged items. (1 full view, 1 logo or brand name, damaged areas.)
- DOCUMENTS showing damaged/loss items were notified to the carrier during the time of delivery.
- The completed claim form MUST BE SIGNED and DATED to enable processing.

Email to:- You have 75 days from date of delivery to notify the carrier IN WRITING (LIST of all items claiming & description of loss/damage) or the claim will not be considered to have occurred in transit.
- Do not discard broken items being replaced. The carrier has SALVAGE rights to all items replaced.
